DESCRIPTION
A new and contemporary two storey house is where we find these small but stylish apartments. The house is located in just a few hundred meters from the town central square (500m.) in an easy walking route on the coastal road of Vathy.

The building has a garden and shaded areas as well as private parking spaces for all the guests, as well as beautiful views of the port and the town.

INTERIOR
The studio has an open plan space with a double bed, refrigerator, kettle, TV, air conditioning and private courtyard. The style is old fashion and elegant and the whole room is recently refurbished and redecorated. The apartment is of the same standards and style but it has one double bed room and one twin. TV has only the double bedroom which has also direct access at the large veranda with the sea view. The twin bed room has partial sea view but it has a balcony. Also the apartment has a refrigerator and air conditioning.

These stylish apartments are ideal for couples or families with children that want to be in a quiet place but still in the heart of the town.
