THE VILLA
Mazourka Estate is built in a traditional architecture, just a few hundred meters of the village of Stavros, in a secluded, quiet but not difficult accessible place.

Situated in the far end of a four acre field, it has a unique position that guaranties views of the Ithaca – Lefkas channel or of the beautiful village of Platrithias with its magnificent white church at the top of the hill. This is among the most characteristic pictures for Greece. Finally at the distant horizon the guest can see the village of Exoghi with the picturesque little houses climbing the mountain.

The estate has extended gardens and small “reading and thinking” corners and a whole small forest of cypress trees.

Just beneath the main house down a few steps, lays a big bean shaped pool, with lot’s of space for sunbathing and relaxation. A bar, a breakfast area and a barbeque are the finishing touches at the surroundings of the estate.

INTERIOR
The estate consists of a top floor house with three bed rooms (one en suite, with walking closet, and double bed), and one double and one twin bed room with a second bathroom. The house has an open plan fitted kitchen with storage room, and a dinning and living area with fire place satellite TV, CD player, shaded veranda, fully air conditioned e.t.c.

At the ground floor there are two one bedroom apartments and one studio all with double beds at the bedrooms and convertible sofas at the living areas and of course with the same amenities and comfort like the top floor house.

The estate is ideal for large group of companies and families that want privacy and comfort. Pets are aloud and there is also battler and baby sitting service on request.
