THE HOTEL
Situated on the waterfront, this pretty, newly built residence is just an easy 10-15 minute stroll along the seafront promenade from the bustling centre of Vathy.

This location enables you to enjoy the island capital's charming atmosphere to the full, but the building is far enough from the centre to be peaceful, and thorough soundproofing ensures that even the odd stray moped will not disturb a good night's sleep.

Whilst still delightfully low-key and authentic, Vathy feels rather sophisticated compared to the rest of the island, with a good choice of restaurants and a cluster of inviting bars, and an air of sophistication also defines the Omirikon Residence, which offers some of the best quality accommodation to be found on Ithaca.

STUDIOS - APARTMENTS
Three 1 bedroom apartments, separate bedroom & living area, that sleep 2-4 people.

Six open plan studios/suites that sleep 2-3 people (one of which features handicapped people facilities).

Each room has twin beds, which can be properly linked up – not just pushed together – to form a double bed if preferred, and the shower rooms are also a cut above those found in most other self-catering properties on the island.

Although the ten suites and apartments that make up the residence are fully equipped for self-catering (with fridge and fourring hobs), guests are offered a range of services that you would normally only find in a hotel.

A daily breakfast, served on the sunny first-floor terrace overlooking the harbour is included in your holiday cost. The residence offers 24 hour room service, laundry service and can also arrange babysitting on request. The snank bar and jacuzzi pool are also at your disposal.

The accommodation itself is very well appointed, with attractive, custom-made furnishings and a host of useful extras. The facilities provided in each accommodation unit include individually controllable air-conditioning unit, direct dial telephone and internet connection, satellite TV and radio with a choice of English-language channels, in house movies, safe deposit box, bath robes, slippers, toiletries, balcony or yard with sea view and hairdryer in all shower rooms.

THE SUITES
One Honeymoon Suite, sleeps 2 people.

The Junior suites and the ‘Honeymoon Suite’ are open plan two level units (they do not have a separate bedroom).

The ‘Honeymoon Suite’ is particularly spacious and very elegantly furnished. All the ground floor accommodation opens directly onto a lovely terrace facing the harbour, and the upper floor suites each have their own balconies with splendid views across the sea and the harbour.
